Removing free water from floors, cavities and below-grade areas so materials stop absorbing more.

Moisture mapping and material assessment
Meters and thermal imaging define the wet perimeter and determine which materials can be dried in place.

Structural drying and dehumidification
Directed airflow evaporates moisture from materials while dehumidifiers remove it from the air.

Cleaning, restoration and final review
Surfaces are cleaned and deodorized, readings are confirmed against a dry standard, and repairs can begin.
The exact process depends on the water source, the affected materials and the extent of the damage. Some properties need selective material removal, while others can be dried in place.
Measured, not assumed
Drying is tracked with recorded readings rather than appearance. Materials that look dry can still hold enough moisture to cause warping, odour or mould growth after the equipment is removed.
Every project is different. The water source, the materials affected and the extent of saturation all change how long drying takes and which materials can be kept.
